Big Wins for ‘Idol’ and ‘Today’

Wednesday’s results show attracted 24 million viewers for Fox, according to Nielsen’s estimates, and the network dominated the night’s ratings, while CBS was the runner-up with “Criminal Minds” and “CSI: NY” . The season finale of “Lost” put ABC in third place, and gave the network its best ratings since January among viewers 18 to 49.
