TV critic’s picks: Trial of the century

Rain Man finally gets some sleep. His hero, Judge Joseph Wapner, celebrates his 90th birthday by returning for a one-time appearance to “The People’s Court” . During the proceedings, Wapner reverses Roe v. Wade, gives dogs the right to vote and declares that every American deserves free pancakes.
